It's very difficult sometimes for me to cast all my anxiety on God. When I have something stressful in my life, I do pray for assistance and guidance but I know that in the back of my mind, I'm still worrying, still wondering what I can do to fix the problem at hand. I know that God is the only answer and I continue every day to try not to worry and to just let Him solve my problems. That's one other thing I need God's help for!
